Local products in season, prepared with love
At Flädie Mat & Vingård we cook food to long for, with love and the best ingredients of the season. Our chef Lena Ylipää Abrahamsson has a great passion for green food, for locally grown, locally produced, Scanian in season, and is happy to pick up ingredients from the forest pantry. On Lena’s menus, we find dandelions, spruce shoots, birch shoots, spring onions and elderflowers.
To accompany the food, we serve well-composed drink menus, preferably with our own wines produced here at the vineyard.
Welcome to book a table with us on Fridays and Saturdays to eat the menu below. It is also served to the guests who have booked packages with overnight stays.
During the summer our restaurant is open every day from June 27th to August 12th. We serve a summer à la carte menu in our beautiful renovated restaurant with a view of the lovely vineyard. The restaurant opens at 17!
