Our restaurant<\/h2>\n

At Fl\u00e4die Mat & Ving\u00e5rd we cook food to long for, with love and the best ingredients of the season. Our chef Lena Ylip\u00e4\u00e4 Abrahamsson has a great passion for green food, for locally grown, locally produced, Scanian in season, and is happy to pick up ingredients from the forest pantry. On Lena’s menus, we find dandelions, spruce shoots, birch shoots, spring onions and elderflowers.<\/p>\n

To accompany the food, we serve well-composed drink menus, preferably with our own wines produced here at the vineyard. Welcome to book a table with us!<\/p>\n

A weekend at the Vineyard<\/h2>\n

Enjoy our unique vineyard setting, food prepared with the season’s finest ingredients from Scania’s forests and fields, and a good night’s sleep at our hotel. Explore our wines produced here in Fl\u00e4die, from grapes grown in the surrounding vineyard!<\/p>\n

We offer “The Vineyard Stay”<\/strong> which includes afternoon “fika”, wine tasting with four of our wines (n.b. – the winetasting is held in Swedish), a three course dinner, overnight stay and a lovely breakfast.<\/p>\n

At Fl\u00e4die Mat & Ving\u00e5rd we meet in a genuine and calm vineyard setting. The secluded location and our various buildings mean that at a conference with us you can enjoy exclusivity and be alone in your building<\/p>\n

We offer creative conference rooms with views of the vineyard and the surrounding plain. Here we serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee prepared with great care and love from the season’s best Scanian ingredients. Fl\u00e4die Vinproduktion creates high quality wines through dynamic viticulture and modern production. Our wines are characterized by our unique location and the microclimate that prevails here in Fl\u00e4die. You will find our wines in Systembolaget\u2019s stores in our immediate area as well as in the order assortment.<\/p>\n

The Swedish Wine Tasting<\/h2>\n

We are extremely happy and proud of the success of our wines in \u201cThe Swedish Wine Tasting\u201d which took place on August 29th 2024\u2013 a historic event with the aim of putting Swedish wines on the world map. Swedish wines met comparable European wines in a blind tasting with some of the world\u2019s most influential sommeliers, wine writers and Masters of Wine.<\/p>\n
